PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods (holidays, etc.).

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@festivepaws.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Festive Paws is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
